Join us for Food Preservation , an introductory class on *safely* preserving your own food at home. Pressure canning is the only safe way to preserve low-acid foods, such as vegetables and meats. In this workshop, you will learn the different methods of preservation, types of canners and tools, elevation adjustments, water-bath vs. pressure canning, and SAFE recipe resources.
