Color your favorite library mascot Roosevelt as he celebrates reading! September is Library Card Sign Up month and we encourage all Stevens County residents to come sign up for a free library card or renew their old one! Kids, ages 0-11, who come in to get a library card (or who already have a library card), can pick up a coloring sheet for the coloring contest! Turn in your coloring sheet by Sept. 30th to be entered into a drawing for a prize donated by Kettle Falls Harvest Foods Grocery Store.
